Nicole has spent the last 10 years side by side with Steve, learning everything he could possibly teach her as his apprentice. We use all available resources to locate a mineralized open area before sending our surveyor to the site to collect samples. Once a valid mineral discovery is proven we put the stakes in the ground and file the required documentation with the BLM and respective county.

If for ANY reason you do not, or simply change your mind within 7 days from the date of purchase we will fully refund you, no fees, no exceptions. Within 90 days from the date of purchase we will offer you a trade for any mining claim in our inventory. Trades are subject to a $100.00 fee, must be current on payments, within 90 days from date of purchase and the difference in the cost of claims will be added/subtracted from your balance. 

 

With every claim purchase we provide a topo map with claim the drawn in, GPS coordinates for the each claim post, a link to the claim plotted on Google Earth, driving directions and vital information on managing your claim with the Bureau of Land Management. If you ever  have an issue with paper work we will be at your side. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Please note that an unpatented Arizona Mining Claim grants you mineral rights only, not property rights. For further information please visit the Bureau of Land Management. There is no tax on an unpatented mining claim.

After a claim is purchased, here is what to expect next:

​

On the next business day, you will receive a Virtual Claim Packet email that includes your receipt, a copy of the topographical map for your claim, a link to your claim plotted in Google Earth and the GPS coordinates for your claim. 

​

Within 2 weeks you will receive your claim packet in the mail that will contain hard copies of these documents as well as the Location Notice and a full size topographical map.

​

Payment is due monthly on any payment plan. The annual maintenance fee payable to the Bureau of Land Management is required on every federal mining claim, in addition to monthly payments.

​

Prospecting is limited to casual use until ownership is transferred to you, then you may file notices/permits with the Bureau of Land Management to expand your activities.

Upon full payment, we transfer the claim into your name with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and County. 

​
